4.1. Payment for the chosen course can be made in three installments: 50% due before the course start date, followed by 25% each at designated mid-course points.

5.1. Regular attendance and active participation in course activities are essential for successful completion.
5.2. If you miss a class or assignment deadline, Virago School of Journalism is not obligated to provide makeup opportunities.
6.1. You are expected to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully in all interactions with instructors, staff, and fellow students.
6.2. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the course.
7.1. Any work you submit as part of the course remains your intellectual property. However, Virago School of Journalism retains the right to use submitted work for educational and promotional purposes with proper attribution.
4.2. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the course description.
8.1. A certificate of completion will be issued upon successful fulfillment of course requirements.
8.2. Virago School of Journalism reserves the right to determine the criteria for awarding certificates.
9.1. Virago School of Journalism may modify course content, schedule, or other aspects of the course at its discretion.
9.2. Any significant changes will be communicated to enrolled students in a timely manner.
10.1. Virago School of Journalism is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of data, or other harm resulting from your participation in the course.
10.2. You acknowledge that the school's role is to provide educational content and not to guarantee specific outcomes or employment opportunities.
11.1. Virago School of Journalism reserves the right to terminate your enrollment if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in disruptive behavior.
11.2. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
12.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Virago School of Journalism operates.
